Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 May 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ExamNomad you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
ExamNomad provides AI-assisted practice for global standardised exams. Questions are AI-drafted and expert-reviewed; the platform does not guarantee any specific exam outcome.
3. Account
- One account per individual. Don't share credentials.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Use a unique one.
- You must be 13 or older. Under 18 requires a parent/guardian to accept these Terms.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms (see "Acceptable use").
4. Subscriptions, billing, refunds
- Paid plans (Pro, Pro Annual, Team) are billed in advance via Stripe in USD, EUR or CHF depending on your account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Subscription; access continues until the period ends.
- 7-day refund window: for monthly Pro and Pro Annual, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the original charge for a full refund. Subsequent renewals are not refundable.
- Mobile users: per Apple/Google store rules, purchases must be made on this website rather than inside the mobile app.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use ExamNomad to:
- Cheat on a real proctored exam (e.g. live screen-sharing).
- Scrape or resell our content.
- Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or copyrighted by someone else.
- Try to bypass our rate limits or extract our AI prompts via injection.
6. Content & licences
- Practice questions on ExamNomad are licensed under either: (a) our own AI-drafted + expert-reviewed seed, (b) partner-provided content, or (c) public-domain reference. The licence status is visible inside each question.
- You retain ownership of essays, transcripts and notes you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them through our AI graders so they can score your work.
7. AI features
AI explanations, translations and scoring are generated by third-party models (OpenAI). They can be wrong. Don't treat them as authoritative legal, medical or exam-rule advice.
8. Disclaimers
ExamNomad is provided "as is". We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee any particular exam score.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye for users based in Türkiye, and by the laws of Switzerland for all other users, except where local mandatory consumer rules apply.
11. Changes
Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance by email and on this page.
